Dangling leaves pendant with sapphire dew drop

Fine silver leaf pendant measuring approximately 4cm. set with a blue sapphire (dew drop!) and suspended from an 18 inch/41cm adjustable sterling silver chain. Please note there are two different leaf styles, leaf 1 and leaf 2, both set with a sapphire.  There are also earrings to match!
